ASU rocks my Zombie Socks!

Dies ist ein sinnfreier Post mit ein paar Tragephotos von meinem tollen neuen Zombie-Shöart von der großartigen ASUrocks!

Die ASU macht nicht nur tolle Bilder und Online-Spiele, neeeein, sie macht auch schöne Designs für T-Shirts, Pullis und vieles mehr.
Umbedingt auch ihrem Shop vorbeischauen, da gibts gaaanz großartige Dinge! <3
Vor allem aber auch die SHIBUYA UNDEAD COLLECTION, aus der auch mein awesommiges Shöart stammt!

Daher ohne weiteres Gebrabbel, Bilder von mir (eher lame) und dem tollen Shirt (eher awesome)!!! :D
Es war übrigens schon dunkel, daher sind die Photos eigentlich Mist. Na ja.

Pink Sugar Background Massacre - massive WIP picture post!

Hello dearest readers! :D

This is going to be a massive picture-ridden post on some new thing I'm currently working on.
Those who have been following my art on dA for a while know that I HATE backgrounds with a passion. I basically never do them. :(
But when I decide to do backgrounds - I will make those HUMONGOUS neon massacres, crammed full with colourful stuff. Let me give you two examples from the past:

Eat Me, Drink Me (2008): background + finished picture.

Neon Headache (2007): background and finished picture 

And now: Sugar Covered Icebergs (working title, don't ask!): background and NOT finished picture, obviously: 

So, yeah. do you see some kind of pattern there?

God, I shouldn't be spending up to 10 hours on kitschy backgrounds.
But I love them..... <3

Gewinnspiel: Glitter is my Crack

I don't really take part in many of those giveaways that appear in the blogs I read, but this one I HAD to take part in! :D

I'm a makeup lover as you all might know, so I'd love to own the eyeshadows... but seriously, it's the jewelry that got me! I want it sooo bad, especially the necklace! <3

Big WIP / sketches update

Hello! <3

I just wanted to give you an update on what I've been working on lately, so here are some bits'n'pieces of my current work!

This is a WIP of the newest part of my makeup-goddesses series - and obvious to everyone who watches makeup videos on Youtube, this is the amazing  XSparkage!!!

This is a mini-collection of quick 5-minutes-sketches I made of the beautiful Natasha Lillipore aka SilentDoe, an amazing fashion blogger/model. There will be more of these and I'll make some sort of a collage-thingie with them, maybe in combination with a small portrait. We'll see.

Now, please try to guess which one of these two versions of the same pic is the newer one! (God, I hope you're able to tell!) 

Aaaaand this is somewhat of a challenge for me myself: I redid an old picture of mine, a portrait ID from 2006. I talked to the lovely girl in this picture, RaineAngel, and remembered that this picture I've done of her was basically the first portrait I really liked.
So somehow I felt challenged to give it another try... and that I did! :D
And let me tell you - I was surprised myself by how much of a difference 4 years of practice can make. Yeah, I know, I haven't really painted out her hair in the new one, it's just a sketchy mess, and the shirt is not shaded (yet)... but still, I think the difference is quite visible.
